General Manager
Philip is a great leader, with over 38 years of experience working in the agricultural/pastoral and Environmental/Conservation fields, mainly in Kenya, Tanzania, and Zimbabwe. He has excellent business unit management skills and is committed to creating optimal working environments for his teams
Esther Kivisi
Finance
Esther is brilliant with numbers, with vast experience in finance, handling budget planning, book keeping, donor reporting, and supporting executive management with efficient financial reporting and sound financial decisions based on facts . Esther also pays great attention to detail and ensures proper financial compliance.

Administrator
Lydia is excellent at administration, organizing, and planning. She’s passionate about people and her success module has always been tapping into the right networks of stakeholders and cultivating relationships with clients while rallying motivated teams behind a winning strategy
William Kipetu
Conservancy Manager
William has over 10 years experience working in wildlife and rangeland conservation, as a conservancy manager. He has vast experience in conservancy management, managing operations in the vast conservancy land and a large group of rangers spread out all over the conservancy
Philip Monok
Field Administrator
Philip is a highly efficient and diverse professional with a good eye for detail and a proactive approach to coordinating and leading administrative operations. He is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of all field administration activities of the conservancy according to standard policies & procedures
Loventer Wanjala
Database & Mapping
Loventer has experience working as a GIS and remote sensing expert in land use management & conservation. She also has vast experience in data handling, data quality control and reporting. She is passionate about conservation and handles matters relating to lease database management/GIS in the conservancy
Joseph Leperes
Community Liaison Officer
Joseph has great people skills. He works closely with the community, engaging them on day to day matters that affect them around the conservancy. He is really good at engaging with communities in creating awareness and community sensitization on the benefits of collaborative efforts in conservation.
Raphael Kereto
Grazing Officer
Kelly works hand in hand with the community to help mitigate the effects of human-wildlife conflict. He helps assess thenpotential threats of wildlife to the community and vice-versa. He is very effcetive in engaging the community on matters compensation to ensure collaborative efforts in wildlife protection.
